Our basketball team's experience with R&P has been absolutely horrendous. Yes, they work with us diligently to get the quotes and mock-ups but once we received our final product, we were incredibly disappointed to say the least. Our mock-ups looked fantastic (please see the photos I post) but our the prints on the basketball jerseys were totally off. We paid for numbers on the back but it is disproportionately low, so we will wear our jersey, it appears on our lower back or buttocks. Secondly, the quality of the print is awful. Just one regular machine wash and the numbers were peeling off. Being upset about this, we reached out to Aaron Rosenthal, who was the manager for our order. He followed up once to tell us the prints are in way shape or form incorrect. We reached out 3 more times with photos but they stopped responding altogether. This is unacceptable and outright unprofessional for a company to refuse an attempt whatsoever to offer any type of fair resolution. I am highly suspicious of their current 4.6 star rating on Google. If you looking for print service, I highly recommend you to think twice before you consider Aaron and R&P prints.

Incredibly disorganized company who could not get one order of 30 hoodies correct. They told me they would ship within two weeks of placing my order, but I ended up having to wait a little over a month for them. When it came time to ship, they "lost" my shipping address even though I had sent it to them a week prior. They gave me one tracking number and when I went to finally go pick it up, the box seemed surprisingly small. Turns out, they had shipped it in two boxes and failed to notify me of a second tracking number (let alone, the existence of a second package). Had to drive back all the way to the post office again to have it sorted out. When I called them, they were extremely hostile and told me that they now sent two numbers so basically deal with it. Absolutely horrible customer service and holds clearly zero respect for their customers.

Rude customer service. I tried calling them about a few times and not 1 person picked up the phone. I emailed them and a guy named Aaron emailed back. I asked a few questions and he only answers part of my question then in the next email I ask the same question and he responds. I needed my products in 2 weeks and his stalling made my products come late. Their order forms are so confusing as well. Some of the questions don't even make sense. I ask a question to confirm a few things and Aaron emails back "I told you blah blah blah" He then wants to charge me $150 rush fee for my products to come on time when it is his fault that my products won't come on time because of his stalling. Don't buy from this website they only want your money.

The shorts turned out great. The print was sharp, price was very reasonable and order was fulfilled on time.
Highly recommended.

Don't listen to jealous competitors. R&P prints are great. We had ordered from the numerous times and had no issues with results. Product was delivered on time and print quality was always too notch.

I ordered custom shirts for my soccer team. The process was really smooth and service was great. My team was very happy with the shirts and so was I.

I have been printing T-Shirts since I was in High School. I have used both USA & Canadian Companies and hands down this is the WORST one. I do not even know where to begin. How about the terrible rude service. They cannot even answer their phone professionally. It took me emailing & calling them multiple times before my order wash shipped. Upon receiving said order, multiple garments were damaged. I called them back to ask if they would repair them and I was met with hostility but they agreed to try and fix them. The package was there for 3 days and I had to call to see if they received it, I had tracking on it. I once again was met with hostility and was told "People are not usually this picky"....Seriously? I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and would never ever use them again. Terrible service all around. I agree with all the reviews above as well.

I highly do not recommend R&P prints for any service advertised on their website. They are unprofessional and do not follow the contracted timeline as discussed. I had an order placed to be delivered within 3 weeks - the order did not arrive until the 6th week. In addition, names on t-shirts were incorrectly embroidered and so I needed to reorder AND had to pay additionally for the reorder. I would think they would process this quickly but frustratingly they did not. To make my own time line, I had to pay double to make it a rush order... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They take your money and will not deliver - it really does not worth the frustration!

These guys are the worst when it comes to printing team uniforms. I had 2 different sport jerseys done by them for my teams (volleyball and Basketball) within a week the print started pealing off. The quality was horrible and the service by their staff was aweful. It felt like they were doing me a favour instead of me doing them a favour by giving them business.
I would never go back to them and would strongly urge people to look else where because these guys are that BAD!!!
