Yes I agree with the other comment, my little dog was in my opinion treated with too much 'firmness' by Matt also. I didn't really find the training useful but I do understand his methods of training, just not for me and 'Jack'

Matt is a good guy, but I thought he was a little too firm with my dog, a different style of dog management, but would not use him again.
