I am debating whether or not to buy brake pads and roders set from this site for only 105.00 total with free shipping for front and rear , I see mixed reviews , some the products are complete garbage and is a scam and cant get thier money back , others are completely staisfied with the products , please help ! what should i do?!

Purchased 4 complete STRUTEX struts from this company and in less than one year they failed. Management was very cavalier about the fact that their product failed so quickly. These products sucks. I will never again buy or recommend any product from PRIME CHOICE AUTO PARTS. In one year I have to replace all four struts. This company is a joke.

What a mess order hub assembly took 6 days to come to front door which was expected. Now here is the issue hub bearing has high pitch squeaking right after install. Call customer service they required for me to take hub off and send them a picture threw email now i have to wait for there reply and of course 48 hours later still waiting . Also- called to check on status on hold for 15 min. no answer. Meanwhile my car in in the garage waiting on answer if they are going to replace or refund. You do save money but at a price !!!!! might not be worth it!!! Almost 2 weeks since this i began this project and it looks like no resultion anytime soon

The price was what brought us in. The quality is what is taking us out. Customer service was just fine, as we returned parts regularly. But when you install parts in June and by September they need to be replaced, you can't keep me as a customer. A huge job replacing all front end parts, only to discover them wearing out before you can wear them in. Very disappointed in the quality, but appreciate the ease of return and refund.

It would be nice to be able to ask a question before driving all the way there. Instead you get an annoying and far too loud selection of awful MUZAC while you wait indefinitely. I tried to call several times in one day with the same results - a complete waste of time.

Get it together boys. Either pick up the phone or don't offer a phone number.

I have made numerous purchases from PrimeChoice for three of our family vehicles. When I heard about PrimeChoice a few years back, I could not believe the prices. Yes, I am well aware that product price is typically proportional to quality. Being a handy guy, I just couldn’t resist trying PrimeChoice parts. My family commutes a significant distance yearly so I figured the parts would be subjected to a fair test. If they are inferior in quality, I’m only out my labour and I’d just replace the item again. To date I have no issues with wheel bearing, brake rotors or pads. It has been about six months now. The sway bar links have lasted longer than past replacements from a nation-wide automotive parts supplier. I have no issues with these parts. Customer service was excellent with every purchase. I have not ordered parts shipped, I prefer to inspect them at the time of purchase. Some reviews comment about damaged goods shipped. Who in their right mind expects heavy brake or suspension components to arrive with packaging undamaged?
I still like to price shop as with the money saved I can justify to my wife the purchase of more tools…. and that is a really good deal!

Use caution when ordering from them! Brakes ordered were bad. Refund promised and it has been over one month and still no refund only false statements in email correspondence.

I was very happy to get the great price for the electric driver's side mirror for my Toyota Camry, the prices for two rear complete struts were great for the same vehicle. The rear struts were noisy within a very short time after installing and the bitter taste of the low price for those still lingers on. I have not tried any more parts from Prime Choice Auto Parts after the poor struts.

My PT Cruiser meet a raccoon. The raccoon lost but it took my radiator out. I went to the dealer to buy a radiator - which was very expensive. I then went to my Prime Choice Auto Parts store. There I received a radiator at a reasonable price, great service with fast delivery. Thank you Prime Choice for your great parts.

I heard about Prime Choice Auto Parts from friends and co-workers. They said they have the best prices around. So I went into the store to purchase Brake Pads, a Hub Assembly and 2 Control Arms. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They even told me about in-store discount of 15% off my total purchase that I was not aware of; most places don't tell you about discounts if you don't ask. I also purchased the parts with a Lifetime Warranty for only a few dollars more for each part. I feel good knowing that the warranty is good for as long as I own my vehicle. If anything goes wrong, they'll replace the part at no extra cost. I'll definitely purchase from Prime Choice Auto Parts again.

I bought a hub and bering from them in December with a lifetime warranty, It went bad on me 2 weeks ago, I contacted them and talked to a woman named Nicole, she was AWESOME some of the best customer service around. They said to take a picture or get the letter from the mechanic and they would send one right out, well I sent them the picture and talked to Chantel who also was a huge help!!! and well they said they didn't get it so she emailed so I could respond to her email with the picture. This is a great business they helped me through it and got me my hub and bering in 2 Business days!!! LIKE WOW!!! SO glad I found a company like yours I will be purchasing all my parts from you if you carry them :0)

Bought a hub/bearing for my 2010 4X4 Ranger. Prices locally are $275-360. I payed $22 total and had it in 3 days (NS) ONE SMALL PROBLEM, I had to use my old ABS sensor. The one included had a slightly different electrical connector. I got lucky and my old one came out easily, swapping was very straight forward. It's been a few thousand kms now and the bearing still rolls silent! Got my $22 worth already lol I will continue to buy these parts for quite some time!
