They moved their offices to 5995 Avebury Road - Suite 700 in Mississauga, ON. Since then their work force has been quitting like its going out of style. I signed my solar installation contract in September of 2011. The OPA approval expired. I had 5 project reps over 2 years doing a job that was originally scheduled for 2-4 months. One of my reps was an unpaid intern, brutal. They didn't clean up after themselves when they did the installation work as was stated in the contract. In early 2014 they still hadn't finished installing the monitoring system. I refused to make the last payment until they finished the work. The 4th project rep was the worst. Annie had no idea what she was doing and worst of all she would not communicate changes in schedule. I routinely found myself taking time off work and find myself taking time off for no reason because the appointment had changed and she didn't let me know. Don't hire these a-holes ,you'll regret it just like I have.

We resolved your financial lost. We provided you with answers when you had inquiries. Plus, many of our staff was involved to ensure that your expectations were met. We acknowledge that your experience was difficult. However, we listened and learned from our customer experience with you, in order to improve the process. We invested our time into resolving your inquiries. You are right, we finished the job. We resolved your concerns. We communicated with you during each obstacle and we finished the job. You clearly mentioned speaking to the CFO and Project Managers. We responded to your concerns and provided solutions. We are glad that you decided to go solar in 2011.
