Lots of people think brokers charge a fee or bonus the rate somehow. Actually, I never charge a fee. Banks pay me a standard finder’s fee when I bring them clients so my only incentive is to keep you happy and returning. There is no contract either. You can leave at any point if you aren’t satisfied with the rate or service. I am honest and have nothing but your best interest in mind. I am also a professional.
