Very satisfied with my whole experience with AquaGuard. After having another well known company back out, I reached out to Luc on a friend’s recommendation. I am so glad I did! I spoke with Luc on Monday and had an appointment to repair our basement cracks in Meadowvale by Wednesday. Matt arrived right on time and fixed 2 cracks. He did a fantastic job and was professional and friendly. I will only use this company in the future. When you find a reliable company that follows through and as a bonus has such great staff then why would you look any further? Thanks Luc and Matt!

Excellent company and amazing individuals who service! Called company in the afternoon for a potential crack in basement foundation. Within 5 mins got a call back from Luc. Requested him to come the same day. He advised he could do that. Showed up to my home exactly as advised and provided honest feedback and solution that will work and charged nothing! You don’t find companies or individuals who are sincere like that and don’t shy away from providing a working solution that I could do myself and took the time to explain how to do so. Superb company! Thank you!

Matt came down to fill a vertical crack in my new house. He was really helpful and did a great job explaining what was done. Everything was pretty straightforward and they gave general advice for other things to look for outside of the task! Would recommend

Matt arrived and quickly repaired the foundation crack and pointed out another potential leak. Will pull back the drywall and absolutely have Matt return if its another crack. Very professional. We are located in Burlington.

As a long-term Oakville Ontario resident, I highly recommend AquaGuard Injection & Waterproofing for any water issues regarding your home. Luc and Matt came to our rescue in short order. In their primary assessment, they deemed that there was insufficient information to start randomly performing tasks at my expense. In fact, they spent considerable time covering numerous aspects and variables at no expense to me, whatsoever. They knew I had a plumber coming out the same day and prepared me with questions for the plumber. Once the plumber provided feedback, they came back (very quickly) and provided a subsequent assessment and action plan. They went to work immediately. As part of the further inspection, they even addressed other water issues (e.g. sump pump placement and effectiveness, etc.) and offered solutions for these concerns as well. Phase One of their repair included a comprehensive injection strategy - in a very difficult location with limited maneuverability. As a bonus, the area was left cleaner than it was upon their arrival. Phase Two is pending upon subsequent evaluation that is a function of several variables that they prepared me to watch for. It is a genuine comfort knowing that they care as much as I do about a solution. Not only are they clearly experts in their field, but they are also the consummate professionals. I will always call AquaGuard Injection and Waterproofing for any water related issues in my home.
