Moved into The Summerhill (7 Jackes Avenue) after Sterling Karamar took over. The running of the “luxury” building is a joke. It’s more like tenement housing in some of the cities I have seen south in the south.
Weekly water shutdowns, constant construction, renovations, noise and DUST! Kitchen cabinets that I need a ladder to reach, little in unit storage space. Property Management treat residents as though we are children, they feel we are uninformed and meek “yes, thank you ma’am” people.
Security is a joke and I (single female) and other residents do not feel safe in our own home.
Moving out soon. Not worth a penny of the almost three thousand a month I am paying!
The worst decision of my life is renting here!!!!

These apartments are fantastic - great views, great balconies, and plenty of indoor stuff too. I was staying with a friend that lived here and i made the most of it. The concierge earnt his money, the indoor pool was well used, the fitness room not so much :-( If you love tennis then this may be just up your alley. Don't let the exterior photos throw you - these apartments are gorgeous. Anyone looking for a roommate?
