Lacks in many ways, rude when you have complained dog not done right. Yet alone too many dogs for one person too do.
Had an amazing staff previous too new hires who are clueless and cant even do dog nails properly now .
When use too get done every two weeks . Was told dogs nails couldnt be done ???? Seriously wake up I know my dog.

I have a 12 year old Terrier with joint and skin problems. I was concerned about having him groomed, but after talking with the knowledgeable staff at Royal Paw Palace I was amazed at how much they care! Relaxing music was played while my boy was being groomed and the Groomer had a sling to support his back legs and hips so that the whole experience was not uncomfortable. I even sat in the lounge and had a coffee while I waited. The room is very clean, and my boy was happy when I returned. When I take him for a walk and we stop by the store he always wants to go inside and say hello. Thank you to everyone at Royal Paw Palace for such kind, caring service!
