We were so worried about having a wedding that was a drag like most of the ones we’ve attended over the last few years. After we sat down with Scott we knew we’d made the right choice. Such a great thing that he offered so many fun suggestions. He really made our wedding a day that we’ll always be proud of and can’t thank him enough. We had them do our ceremony and our reception and they were totally flawless. Not only that but super nice and amazingly knowledgable. They are like a free wedding planner and a dj rolled into one and we were delighted with the results. They even know the Mandarin songs that we wanted. A wonderful experience

Thank you thank you so very much for the evening. When we first contacted you and met at Tim Hortons Dan and I left feeling super excited for our special night. You made things sounds fun and entertaining and the information that you sent us was super helpful. When we got closer to our day you were on the ball answering our emails in a timely manner.

On the evening of our event you were there on time and ready to go with all that we had suggested. Everyone that we talked to said that this was the best party/ wedding reception that they had been to. They had a tonne of fun! You played the perfect amount of slow and fast songs. About a year ago when we started planning our wedding I booked Scott and he scheduled a sit down with us to get to know us. Bronwyn and I were blown away with Scott's enthusiasm and true love of his work.
He really can help you plan your whole wedding if you need it and fulfill MC duties if called upon OR he is happy to just provide great music which will help keep your guests entertained for hours. Bronwyn and I requested a lot of obscure songs but he managed to work them into the night without a problem. He was a true professional in dealing with our venue staff, was on-time and set up all his equipment himself.
Most of all we want to thank Scott for being part of our special day. Scott was a total professional in every manner and we were blown away by how much more than a dj service we got! All of the planning totally turned our wedding from something that was going to be exactly the kind of wedding that we DIDN'T want and turned it into something that was fun like us. We are not a run of the mill boring couple and winding up with a wedding like all the others we've gone to was our biggest fear. Disaster averted our wedding was stellar and we are delighted with everything that you did to make it that way because it is all because of you and we can't thank you enough! If you want a really memorable wedding you need to use Scott. He turns weddings from ho hum to over the top. Scott uses his vast experience as a radio and tv host and DJ to work the crowd and keep everyone on the dance floor. But just as important he meets with you to asks questions and makes creative suggestions and wedding planning that make for a completely different from your average wedding. No lulls from start to finish. A real professional with extremely good value. The Houdini of Wedding Services creating magic. My 85 year old mother stated: “So great. It wasn’t stuffy.”

Their response to the inquiry and all the emails were lightning fast. You can actually expect a response at any time of the day. If you tend to be a bit of a nervous Nelly you will appreciate that. Actually you won’t have to ever get stressed enough to get uptight as they are so helpful and take all of the uncertainty away with the incredible free planning that it really lets you enjoy the whole thing. Scott told us right off the hop that was his intention for us and it really worked. The ideas and expertise totally transformed our plans for the better! We had our daughter’s wedding at our home with approx. 150 guests July 2016. We made the decision to secure the services of Creative DJ Services to perform the DJ’ing for the event (which was from 4:00 – 12:00pm). Scott (owner of Creative DJ Services) met with us a couple months prior to the event for a couple of hours to review what our vision was and to suggest many ideas that we did not think of, many we incorporated into the wedding adding an original touch that many of our guests commented on very positively. They kept in constant contact with us throughout and were always there to help us if we ever needed some information or even a pep talk. A week prior to the wedding our MC backed out so in a panic we contacted Scott to discuss and we were able to use Brad (our DJ) as our MC. He was amazing, professional and kept the flow of the wedding and the guest participation high. Brad showed up a couple hours early and quietly setup all of the equipment with the least amount to disruption to any of the guests. The music was fantastic and he read the crowd very well keeping the dance floor packed the whole evening. I have used Creative DJ Services the last few years for our large corporate Christmas parties and they carried on their professionalism and excellent services over to our private function also.

Creative DJ Services was an integral part of the success of our snowy, New Years Eve wedding! The investment in a good DJ proved successful in that our wedding felt like an intimate party at all times. Scott and his team were able to gauge our wedding very well, by playing a variety of different music that made us laugh, cry (happy tears!), and party on the dance floor. Where do we even begin. So accomodating so helpful in so many ways. I mean Scott even taught me about the psychology of a successful bride and I have to say it actually did make a huge difference in my experience at our wedding! He had so many great things to help our MC but as it turned out our MC couldn't attend but it didn't faze him one bit and he not only filled in as our MC but did a stellar job, so professional it was like watching him on TV. Our guests were blown away! lol We love the 90s tunes and he spent the entire 90s playing them on the radio every day so he was in his element and rocked it!

There are not enough great things to say about Brad and Scott, they made our wedding day as perfect as we had always imagined it. So many peiple came up to us after and told us how great the mix of music was and how perfectly the wedding flowed. that was because of Scott planning the itineerary for us which is an incredible free service. The name Deejay does NOT begin to cover what Creative DJ Services gave us. From the first meeting Scott's expertise was amazing and we just looked at each other and went Whew and relaxed for the first time since we'd gotten engaged. Most of what they covered had nothing to do with music but was the key to making our wedding as incredible as it was. He planned the reception and it was light years better than what we'd been thinking of doing. My wife and I worked hard to put organize the best reception possible for all our family and friends, Scott was the cherry on top. He made the evening move and flow with so much ease we were astounded how fast the time went when it was finally time to go home. It didn't seem like anytime passed at all we were having so much fun.
Scott met up with us beforehand and gave us fantastic suggestions and advice which really helped perfect our timeline. So great! He had full control of crowd at all times and played it off with cool professionalism especially since he was not only our DJ for the night but was our MC too!! Had the owner Scott Barratt for my wedding a couple of years back and he was great so we came back to him again. He was already working on our night (April 12th) so he had Brad do the party but Scott still did all the arranging and planning. Brad was great! The name Deejay does NOT begin to cover what Creative DJ Services gave us. From the first meeting Scott's expertise was amazing and we just looked at each other and went Whew and relaxed for the first time since we'd gotten engaged. Most of what they covered had nothing to do with music but was the key to making our wedding as incredible as it was. He planned the reception and it was light years better than what we'd been thinking of doing. If you want an amazing wedding hire them and let them put the presentation together for you you'll be so glad that you did. Roger & Willow

Scott at Creative DJ was very helpful with many aspects of our wedding day. He had a ton of great ideas on how to make the reception more entertaining and enjoyable. He was also very responsive and did everything we were hoping he would do during our reception and more!
Whether you have a clear vision of how you would like your wedding day to go or you have no idea what you want, I would highly recommend Scott and Creative DJ Services. He is very knowledgable and can help no matter what your situation is. 5/5!

My wife and I worked hard to put organize the best reception possible for all our family and friends, Scott was the cherry on top. He made the evening move and flow with so much ease we were astounded how fast the time went when it was finally time to go home. It didn't seem like anytime passed at all we were having so much fun.
Scott met up with us beforehand and gave us fantastic suggestions and advice which really helped perfect our timeline. So great! He had full control of crowd at all times and played it off with cool professionalism especially since he was not only our DJ for the night but was our MC too!! We couldn't have asked for a better night.. thanks again Scott and I fully endorse you for anyone who wants to add an incredible night of fun and dancing. Cheers to you!!!

You only get married once so whats it worth to you to have a wedding that you break into a big smile when you are driving to work and you think about it. Had the owner Scott Barratt for my wedding a couple of years back and he was great so we came back to him again. He was already working on our night (April 12th) so he had Brad do the party but Scott still did all the arranging and planning. Brad was great! Everyone loved him and he had the dance floor slammed all night. We did some fun stuff and even had a visit from their ZZ Top Tribute band lol
