First impression was good. Picked a countertop , paid 40% down , got template . Then we got a call a mistake on their part forgot to charge for waterfall , which our order stated waterfall . Another 40% taken off our MC . No reply back to clarify what was happening, waited 5 days finally we went there they had a new bill waiting for us. Not a chance. Now the contract stated first down payment not refundable. Guess what we got all our money back . They tell you one thing and it's something else. How many other people have they scammed ??

Very disappointed with our experience at Stonex - our first encounter was very impressive - many "promises" were made...none were fulfilled. I believe even the quality of the granite we got installed was sub-par....chipping after 1 week.
