We have taken our Westie to Second Tub every 6 weeks for more than 5 years and have been very pleased with the results. Any feedback we provide is taken seriously and addressed in the next visit.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found Second Tub. Marie & Paul are amazing! I was hesitant/cautious but decided to try them. They did a fabulous job of grooming my sammy and the best part……my sammy was HAPPY! Second Tub is a gold mine. Definitely 5 star plus location.

I've taken my dog here several times and it seems like every time the price goes up. Last time I was there I was told it would take 3-3.5 hrs. My dog was done in 2.5 hrs. When I went to pick her up the price had gone up again. When I inquired I was told it was because they had to do extra work....and yet she was finished 30-60 minutes early. Then when I got home I noticed my dog was bleeding from her paw because they cut a claw too short. Sorry but my best friend deserves better. My advice....STAY AWAY.

Just came back from the "Spa". We have been bringing our two labrador retrievers to Second Tub since they opened and haven't one negative thing to say. The owners and the staff they employ are genuine and provide great customer and canine service. They have watched our four legged friends change over the years and remember any nuances about each one. The owners are also community minded and use opportunities to give back when possible.I buy the large bags of food and they volunteer to carryit to my car knowing I have a bad neck. I recommend Second Tub whenever possible.

Besides the wonderful job they do on the pets that come in the door, this is more than just a business! These owners and staff truly care about the animals in their care and are all about customer service!! From the moment you walk in the door and receive a warm and friendly greeting to the moment you pick up your squeaky clean pet, the Second Tub group will do whatever they can to accommodate and make for a pleasurable experience!

Peyton is from a puppy mill and was very anxious and stressed when she went for her first 'spa' treatment. The people at Second Tub were amazing, kind, patient, friendly, and welcoming. Peyton always comes home looking great. Can't thank eveyone enough for taking such good care of her!!

I've been taking my dog to Second Tub several years now. But in the last couple visits it's taking a lot longer for a basic spa than it used to. I don't get it considering they have so much more staff now. I will still continue to bring my dog there but hope they can speed up.

My dog was a first time customer and they treated him really well. They cut out all his mats but still managed to keep his hair at a longer length like I had asked. Great customer service and excellent grooming salon!

Harrison and Lenny are giving Second Tub 8 paws all the way. The boys are now 13 years old and have been going on and off since they opened. Marie is great and always treats the boys really good along with the girls that do the grooming. For the first time in 13 years this past June I got there hair cut short - I didnt know how it would turn out - But I loved it! And the boys were bouncing around like they were puppies again! Will always go back and give business to Second Tub!

I love Marie, the concierge at Second Tub, and Nadia, my Personal Groomer. I come in every 6 weeks, and they keep me looking great. I get a lot of looks from other dogs and people who appreciate my personal attention to detail of the god-given great genes I have as a amazing looking specimen of west highland terrier. Basically, I am a male supermodel DOG! I should be on the cover of DQ (Dogs Quarterly)

WE have taken our dog to this location for the past 2 1/2 years and been very pleased. he is a mid size mixed Lab Spaniel with long flowing hair and they do an excellent job or trimming or shaving him while leaving his distintive feathering intact so it grows back nicely.
Very pleased with the service, staff is very friendly and our dog seems to enjoy his trip to the 'spa'

I have been a customer since the shop opened.
At the time I only had a Sheltie and wow, they did a terrific job on her two coats of fur. She always walks out like a diva; teeth done, nails done and a blueberry facial to boot.
I have now added a puppy and they treat her so well. They have taken such care introducing her to life at Second Tub. Now my two go together and enjoy themselves immensely. Who could complain about two blueberry facials running to greet you!

On the weekend I adopted a CAT and my first pet from the local shelter, Luna. She needed a groom really badly. I had no idea how to give her a bath or cut her nails. Second tub just happens to be across the street from my house and they took me in last minute and made time for us!! Justine and Luna's groomer were so nice and helpful! They did such a good job. My kitty smelled good and looks even better! We can wait to come back! Thank you Second Tub!

I didn't think twice about driving from down town Toronto, when I heard from another Pet Professional, how wonderful Nadia was and knowing she too was a Crested owner was reassuring. She also took the time to answer my questions via email prior to booking.
When I arrived at Second Tub with Bruce Lee, my six month old Chinese Crested, the team of staff were all so friendly and welcoming, you could clearly see they were all true dog lovers.
In the past, I have had such a tough time trying to bathe him since he really dislikes water. Nadia reassured me that this was a normal trait of the breed and that I need not worry. When I came to pick him up an hour or so later, the staff took the time to explain what they did and what I can do at home between visits to help with his super sensitive skin. He now looks like a completely different dog! His skin has improved drastically and his haircut makes him look so glamorous; I get compliments on my handsome pup everywhere we go.
Bruce Lee and I recommend Second Tub to anyone that wants a positive grooming experience for the pup and owner. Thanks Second Tub staff!
