I had a Groupon for this company for a round trip to Pearson Airport. The driver was over 30 minutes late. No apology! I ended up having to drive myself to the airport and I almost missed my flight.
The dispatch person was so rude. He said sometimes they can't help it if they're late. I understand 5-10 minutes, but over 30 minutes....I don't think Air Canada would understand! I told Groupon about the circumstances and they refunded me for the entire amount.
I just wanted to warn as many people as possible to stay away from this company unless you don't care what time you show up at the Airport.
