I have used Mike since 1987 for 4 house closings, our wills, power of attorney's, and a special marriage document for the Province of Nova Scotia.

All services were done fast professionally, and resonable cost.

I have refered Michael to all my friends and familly with no reservations.

We did not hire this lawyer, he was representing the party that we were buying a house from. When it turned out that there was a person with the same name as our home-seller with an outstanding writ our lawyer asked Cervi for an affidavit stating that the 2 people were not the same. Cervi refused to do the work required to obtain this document and consequently our closing was delayed. Our lawyer and real estate agent eventually found a way around the problem but with no cooperation from Cervi. We were extremely unimpressed with his lack of professionalism. If you want a good real-estate lawyer look up Robert Payne.
