We’ve used Pro Roofing on two homes and are very satisfied with the work. They are courteous, quick, and clean up nicely after themselves. The staff goes out of their way to answer all your questions and prepare you for what to expect, and I think they left my yard looking nicer than it was when they started.

I have a multi-unit rental property in Toronto. When it rained, there was an occassional drip over the main steps that enter from the street. I contracted PRO ROOFING and SLAVIK KOUCHIL came by to replace the roof above the main steps. Afterwards, it started raining and my tenants were phoning me. Water was literally pouring down over ther front steps. Instead of an occassional drip...it was now a waterfall. and even worse...there was water pouring into one of the rental units located directly below the roof itself. That tenant called me on my cell, furious that all his personal stuff was getting destroyed. This had turned into a real-life nightmare!!! I called Slavik, who came by the building again and again and never corrected the problem. Water continued pouring in at every rainfall. THIS GUY HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING!!!!! He then stopped returning my calls and abandoned...yes ABANDONED the project. The drywall in that lower apartment unit was turning black with mould, and collapsing into the unit itself. The tenants had moved into a hotel. I called the Pro Roofing main number. You'll never get a live person. It just rings, or the answering service answers "ROYAL ROOFING" (?!) and I left messages anyway, and noboby returns the call. This company is a FRAUD!!! It's a great looking website...it really is convincing. I should have read the reviews before going with this outfit (you can bet any of the positive reviews are by Pro Roofing themselves) I have since sold the building but hopefully others can learn from my mistake. I got duped for $4300 by Slavik, including the taxes which I'm positive he/they have pocketed as well. I had to pay another roofing company to come and correct the problem, and a drywaller had to be paid, and compensation to the tenant...for a total of $5800 extra on top of the $4300!!!!! I'm hoping that others can learn from my expensive mistake. Richard.
PS I had to check off a star for this review to be submitted, but believe me, this guy gets less than zero!

I was looking for a good roofing contractor and a friend suggested Pro Roofing. I checked out my buddy's roof as well as a couple of others on his block that Pro Roofing had done. The work looked great and the references checked out well, so I called them in.

Vladimir came to my house and was able to turn around a bid for the job quite quickly. He even went so far as to advise us on picking the best color of the shingles! Another awesome thing that Vladimir did was look for ways to save us money - something almost unheard of when working with contractors, in my experience.

Recommend!
