The crew at Mountain Auto Tech have been looking after our family for many years. Chris leads a reliable, professional shop and has very fair pricing to match. I have recommended many friends they have nothing but positive things to say. I have never had a bad experience at the shop. I have had some costly ones but I'm definitely sure that if we went to the dealer. It would be at least double. Thanks To Chris and Radi.

I was very VERY upset and disappointed at the way I, myself along with my boyfriend and father was treated by the one owner. From the first moment it was a bad experience. The guy was almost an hour late opening the shop, when I had my appointment booked for the earliest time because I have to go to work early, like many other people. I was not greeted in any way, no "good morning" no nothing. Just a very mean look and his very first words go me were "I really don't even want to do your car today.".. So we didn't start off great.. Then he gets right in my boyfriend's face and argued with him and at one point actually THREATENED him over a simple price matter!! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this mechanic shop. I would NOT recommend this shop to my friends or anyone for that matter because I would not wish anyone to be treated the way we were that day.

As a woman it's very difficult to find a mechanic I could trust. Past experiences I would walk out paying for things that didn't need repair and overpaying for things that needed immediate attention. I will never go anywhere else, great service, great tires (love my sailuns thanks Chris!)... Highly recommend !

I purchased four new Sailun Atrezzo Z4+AS tires which were balanced and an alignment was done. I gave the mechanic my wheel lock key in his hand and when I picked up the car in the afternoon, I just paid and drove off as I was in a hurry to get home. The following day I remembered that I hadn't been handed the wheel lock key and searched for it and couldn't find it. I returned to Mountain Auto and, after a search by their mechanic, the owner denied any responsibility - even though I now had no way of changing a tire if I got a puncture. I ended up going to an AUDI dealership and had to have the wheel locks removed and purchased replacement wheel lugs. In addition, the newly balanced tires had a vibration at approx.110 kph. I eventually went elsewhere to have them rebalanced - over an ounce of weight each tire! I would never use Mountain Auto again due to the bad service and lack of responsibility of the owner.

Until I discovered mountain auto tech I would be paying tons of money to the dealer with jacked up prices. Chris always fixes my vehicle tells me what's wrong and explains it. He is an extremely busy guy but can always squeeze me in whenever possible... I would rather wait for him than get any other opinion.
