Finally a salon I can trust! My 1st time here, and it won't be my last! I liked the fact they took the time to discuss what I want, what my lifestyle and ability to care for my hair is, options for everyday vs. dressed up, and what my hair tends to do/type. I came prepared and somewhat depressed to cut my long hair super short due to stress/time constraints in my personal life, but Chandra convinced me I didn't need to do something so drastic. Instead, she gave me cut that was super easy to care for, followed my natural hair's flow, and a color that took years off my face! Awesome job! Thanks!

Beeing a first time customer I enjoyed comfortable atmosphere at this modern and hip salon. Staff is friendly and my master did exactly what I was looking for - colour and shape all are perfect! I was happy!

OH MY GOODNESS ME! I have not sat in a hair stylist's chair for 14 years, since I was 12 years old. Today I took the leap of faith to have my hair completely transformed from root to tip. I was very hesitant at first because I was asking for a night and day change to my colour, to go from light brown hair to a very light blonde ash, highlighted to the max. I sat with hair stylist Dinelo, and told him what I wanted and showed him various photos as an example.... LET ME TELL YOU!!!! Not only did he give me EXACTLY what I wanted, but it was better than I was expecting!!! BETTER! I had the best experience I could have ever asked for, and all the other staff members who assisted me with washing, brushing, blow drying etc, were top notch! I was treated like a princess and walked away looking like a movie star. I'm officially branded a Fratelli's Girl, I vow to never step foot in another salon door for the rest of my days! Laura is a great hairstylist, Without having to tell her what I need she CONSISTANTLY gives me the same great haircut. I have very straight difficult to manage hair but the style and cut she gives me is so good that after I wash my hair and do a little comb my hair stays in place all day without any hair products
As a bonus you get her warm smile and the surprise "What color will her streak be this time be this time (if you don't get that go and visit her:)

One of the best salons I've been to. From the minute I set foot into the salon until I left, everyone was warm, welcoming and professional. Paul, who gave me an amazing makeover, is super enthusiastic, professional and will listen to what you want with a little bit of his input. However, he lets you decide what you want in the end. I left feeling super confident.
Definitely going back there and referring all my friends and family.

I got a great haircut last minute. The stylist was fun, friendly, and efficient with his time. He did an excellent job. While I can't style it the same way he did, if I style it my way it still looks great! :) Will definitely return for my next cut!

Louie has such a great personality and enthusiasm to do hair. His passion and talent really shines through his work. I have never felt so comfortable and confident in a stylist before until I had Louie do my cut for me. I have had quite a few bad experiences before with stylist getting what I want, especially because I have difficult hair to deal with, and I am also very picky.
