Olga was great to work with – she had everything under control in a matter of minutes, and got everything done/setup on time (despite only have a short time to unpack all of the food and get everything ready.) The start of the event was a bit chaotic – a lot of people came into the room at once, and she was quite crowded behind the counter (where she was helping serve drinks), but she did a great job. Everyone had a drink in their hand within a few minutes – and before our CEO started to speak – which was great.

Over and above all of that, she was just a really pleasant person – easy to talk to, and a nice smile

Thanks for everything yesterday – and for the wine/beer glasses added to our order at the last minute. I really appreciate it.

Regarding dinner last night, the pear and walnut salad was greatly enjoyed and finished quickly - next time we'll be sure to order a larger portion of this! The lasagnas were delicious as well.
