They are very willing to accommodate our queries. Despite being overloaded with the work, Matt said he might send people to do the rebuild.

Amazing service! Cleaned my house after a furnace fire. Incredible job done properly and ahead of schedule. Great people from the field Supervisor to the cleaning crew! Made a very stressful time much easier to cope with.

I've been helping my elderly father who had an Intact property claim back in my hometown, Drumheller Alberta, in the home I grew up in. This was a mid level water damage property claim. Service Master was assigned by Intact to remediate and rebuild the loss. I have to say, my father was just super impressed with everything Service Master did, and how they communicated with him (and he's old school). Matt Griffiths, the Service Master project manager, he couldn't say enough about. I would even say he 'raved' about him. Responsive, competent, caring, and always there when he needed. The finished work was impeccable. Most don't how unimpressed a man like my father is (I really only hear him complain about things these days lol). I have to say a special thanks to Matt for his efforts. We really appreciated everything you give to your work. Thank you!!

ServiceMaster really did a good job in our house restoration. Matt was professional and expert on this field. He was responsive to my inquiries and from time to time he would communicate with me their work schedule.
The clean-up to rebuild was fast and they followed all the finishes that I have requested during the restoration. I am just grateful for their hard work.

We can’t say enough good things about ServiceMaster. What started as a simple kitchen sink repair quickly turned into a much larger, more complicated job with plenty of unexpected obstacles. Throughout the entire process, ServiceMaster handled everything professionally and thoroughly making sure no detail was overlooked and that we were completely satisfied in the end.
Every contractor who came to our home was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpful despite the complexity of the work. They took the time to explain what was happening, worked through challenges efficiently, and never made us feel like an inconvenience.
