if you can stand a general contractor that delivers an incomplete home well behind schedule, lacks basic knowledge to understand issues, cannot direct contractors effectively and grossly underestimate costs - then go ahead and have Wilcor Homes build for you at Spring Lake Ranch. it is a lovely place - dark and quiet for the most part. many very nice homes going in.
