Dear Marianne,

How are you? I know it has been about a month since my wedding and I have been meaning to contact you but between our honeymoon, settling in a new home and starting a new school year, I have just found the time.

I want to give you a BIG thank you for all of your help in coordinating our wedding. The food was absolutely amazing; just like everyone had said it was. It was quite the relief seeing everyone enjoying their dinner. The antipasto bar was amazing as well. My grandparents were very impressed. I cannot thank you enough for making sure everything went well.

Aside from the food, the staff was very polite and did everything they could to please all of our guests, as well as my husband and I. The manager for the evening was also on the ball (I believe his name is Joe?...I do not remember for sure). He was constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and made sure all staff members were doing what they were supposed to be doing.

My wedding went so smoothly and was so amazing because of all of you at Embassy Grand, so thank you very much. I appreciate it more thank you know and I am forever grateful.

Now that the dust has settled and we’ve all returned to our daily lives, I wanted to thank you and your team for a spectacular job for Diana & Rudi’s wedding. It was beyond perfect. We would like to thank the staff of Embassy Grand for such exceptional service on our sons Baptismal dinner. (Sunday, September 20th) Staff exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile to put together a tremendous dinning experience for our family and friends. Great organization, teamwork, and passion are only a few characteristics to describe the staff that assisted in our event. Thank you for your care and cautiousness in accommodating food allergies while never sacrificing great taste.

I'm not even out of the parking lot and I feel as if I have to write this right away.
WOW!!!
What an experience this evening was! From the service to the delicious food, I must tell you how honoured we are to be getting married at Embassy Grand. You have FAR exceeded our expectations and after our shower and stag, we didn't think it could get better! We had the pleasure of meeting Sepe and expressed our gratitude for his delicious meals. I also want to mention Brian, he is a pleasure and made our families feel right at home. I can only hope to have him at my wedding and hopefully at my head table.

The desserts were out of this world and we greatly appreciate you allowing us to try them.

Everything was DELICIOUS! From beginning to end, we cannot wait!!!!

My husbands Christmas party was held here last week. Aside from a shortage of handicapped parking the venue is beautiful. Food was plentiful and tasty for most part. A few items like the pasta was too salty. Music was a bit too loud we could not converse at dinner with our table guests, we were always shouting which made it difficult to get to know people at our table. Dessert and coffee in the lobby was very good, such a large variety. The coffee was good but could have been hotter.
Overall I would like the buffet style dinner again here next year, good job all.

I went to a wedding last month at the Embassy Grand and I thought it was wonderful! The food was very good as well as the service. I especially enjoyed the chicken speducci at midnight.
