When I was looking for a vehicle I stumbled upon Budds Chevrolet and from the moment I walked into the show room I knew that was where I was going to spend my money....The receptionist was very friendly (remembered my name 3 days later when I returned to pick up my car)..Wayne Walker went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, and the Service Manager Shane was awesome at fixing an issue that was no fault.of mine...they don't place blame or judge. They just make you feel like your not just dollar signs. So if youre looking to buy a vehicle go to Budds Chevrolet on South Service rd Oakville. I love my Equinox!!!

I visited multiple Dealerships while looking for a new car and Budds was BY FAR the most helpful and welcoming dealership I visited. A very warm welcoming almost family like environment. They really put the excitment and enjoyment back into getting a new car and the salesperson even called me a couple days after to check if i had any questions yet and how i was liking it!! One of a kind dealership, will never go anywhere else

As a first time customer to Budds', I was extremely impressed at the service I received. The salesman was friendly, prepared, and very knowledgeable, and made buying my new CTS a great experience. When I arrived I was greeted promptly, and furthermore brought coffee and freshly baked cookies! The manager looking after me was extremely helpful, as well as the business manager. There were no issues, and no unanswered questions. This place could be described in no better way than a big happy family, which I feel I am a part of. Thank you Budds', I will return!
