TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!! We paid for a 100% leather sofa and chair set, but we got vinyl instead. Plus they delivered 3 weeks after the date we were assured we would get them. Plus the sofa and chair set are not even the same colour. Calls go unanswered - these guys are dishonest, please don't make the same mistake we did and shop somewhere else!!
UPDATE: The sofas we bought from them didn't even last a year. Completely ripped, we just threw them out last week. The chair was 100% leather and is still intact. What a bunch of liars and scammers, to tell us the couches were leather but were not! We just bought 100% real leather couches from the Bay - what a world of difference in quality!
Lesson learned: STAY AWAY FROM VANAIK FURNITURE!

Whenever you buy something from them, be careful, they don't deliver, what they advertise on desi radios.
Give them businesses and get back agony. Buy on your own risk.

We bought a bedroom set 8 piece and never got a call from them for delivery. When we went for the full payment its when we realised that the order was fallen apart and they asked for anothewr 15 days. I ahd a house warming in 1 week and it created such a mess for me.
Worst customer service and no ownership of the problem. Nobody picks up the phone and when we went to the store it was closed.(Etobicoke location) which was more frustrating.
It was like we as customers are hanging around for our bed set for almost 1 month going around from location to location to figure out who can help us.
Their internal disputes puts us into stress.

Worst furniture store in Canada! Zero customer service and professionalism.Don't value your time or money! We have ordered a sofa set and havent yet received the delivery, these guyz never picK up phone calls or return calls . Be aware. The staff working there are ajay, sameer n sunny. Ajay sold us the set, he was very polite but once we made the full payment, we never saw him in the store again. Further to that its been over a month and they keep making excuses abt the delievery n lying that its on backordered and once we got the order at home, they gave us the wrong fabric instead of leather. And now again they wont answer calls and they dont have head office either. Everyone be very aware before making ur purchase at vanaik furniture dont fall for there cheap advertisment n prices u r bound to regret like me. They havent called us back and they make false promises abt returning calls and we havent received our sofa. Verrrry upset n angry. n Never going back again, worst experience of my life thanks to ajay, sameer n sunny at etobicoke location.DEC 03RD 2013

Would be of great help if somebody has the nos of the person who owns vinayak furniture or any senior persons nos , email.id whom I can talk to Had the same bad experience very bad behaviour very unprofessional rude behaviour when we call In fact when I asked them why the technician is not coming to my place after following them for more than 3 months they respond by saying what will u do if the technicians don't turn up do what u want In fact before I contacted Brampton branch I contacted some other branch for my problem I got the same response that do what u want I would suggest not to buy furniture from them u will regret it as I do since they r not professional very rude behaviour and worst after sales service , from what I have experienced the only thing I can say is that they butter u talk sweetly till the product is sold but once sold behaviour is like who r u ( I don't know u , u don't know me )
