We can enter a premises on a regular basis to detect malfunctioning equipment or utilities, or, with our "Lite Service", merely verify the external integrity of the property. The Lite service includes snow control. Early detection allows repairs to begin as soon as possible and, hopefully, avoid any damage - or at least minimize any existing damage. <p> Then there is the insurance problem. Although a residence may be insured, the fine print in almost all insurance policies requires that someone will actually enter the property on a regular basis when the resident is away from the home for an extended period. A housesitting function is required. Our service is in-between having a full-blown contract with an alarm company and having nothing at all. We can enter your property on an agreed upon interval and, in effect, "act as you would" while you are away. Read more
