Nice showroom, helpful staff and some good stuff. Met Rahul at Kitchener location, he was very knowledgable sales person. he helped us choose a bedroom set and a matching carpet. we also bought a coffee table set. delivery guys are nice and helpful

Stay Away!!!
I have had so much trouble with this store, I bought a bedroom set and the night table was broken. I took it back to the store and waited 2 months for a replacement. During that 2 months they didn't want to deal with me and refused to answer my calls. I finally went to pick up a new night table and it is stained with oil. Now I am taking this table back and will see what else I have to contend with. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere because your satisfaction is NOT guaranteed.

Amazing service! Amazing deals!! Thank goodness I found Home Style Furniture !! Being a new home buyer I was short on cash, and they had everything in my budget! This store has a wide selection of furniture at very good prices. They have great sofas, unique chairs and dining tables. I bought my dining set, my "show room living room set" and my every day L shape sectional for my family room. Delivery was a breeze, I found their products to be GREAT quality and couldn't beat the price.I was quoted for the same sofa I purchased from homestyle for $3,000 elsewhere! I could not see the difference nor justify the price. Will be back!!

I bought most of my furniture from this place. This was the cheapest place I found in Kitchener Waterloo. They were able to beat any prices that I presented to them from other competitors. The last piece of item that I bought from them was a dining set. It came in on time as expected, however, the glass table was the wrong size. They gave me a much smaller glass table top than what I had ordered and paid for. I called the store right away and he told me to use it until the right size come in. He intially told me it will take 1 week for the new table top, but it didn't came. I kept calling every week and every week the manager assured me that it will come the following week. The new glass table top didn't come in until a month and a half later. I had ordered many pieces of furniture from them prior to this experience and I never had any issues. Although it was frustrating waiting for the new glass table to come in, it finally did came in. Throughout the waiting period, the manager also told me to use and abuse the existing glass top as much as I like until the new one come in. I was quite surprise but they did took away my old glass table that I used and replaced with a new one as they promised. I would buy from this again.

I bought a dinette set from them for $735.00. I called my sister & told her I just bought a new dinette set and she told me that I was getting my mom's dinette set. So I should go back and get a refund. It had only been about 2 hrs since I bought it so I went back for a refund and they would not give me a refund. They told me if I wanted a refund they were going to take 25%, which would have been $185.00. I was in tears(they didn't even care) I couldn't afford to give them $185.00 out of my $735.00 and I didn't need 2 dinette sets. So I had to keep it. They told me it would be delivered between 1:00 & 5:00pm. they did not show up until almost 5:00. I'm sure they made me the last delivery because they knew I was upset about what they were doing. My advice is to STAY AWAY!! Steer your car in another direction. These people are not people you want to do any kind of business with

When my furniture arrived it wasn't what I bought. called the store and they appologized and said that I should use the furniture until the right stuff arrives in a few weeks. I said no and refused to let the driver's drop off the furniture. thank God I had taken a picture of the furniture I bought with my Iphone.
I then found out that the furniture I had originally purchased had no estimated time of arrival,and since I refused to let the driver's drop off the wrong furniture and had a pic. of the furniture I did buy I was elligable for a refund.
if I had believed the sales person (Nikki)and had accepted the wrong furniture I would been stuck with it.From the time
the driver's showed up to the time I got my refund their story had changed three times. If it hadn't been for the reviews on this site we would have been some very unhappy
customers. I recommend you take a picture of your purchase,
do not accept the furniture when delivered if it's not what you purchased, anyone that thinks that a company is going to let you use brand new furniture for awhile until the right
stuff comes in is living in a dream land

They Suck!!! If you have any problem what so ever you will regret! i just file a BBB complaint! I bought 4 bar stools from them in Sept. 1 was all wrong and have been told it will be 2 weeks for the last 3 months. Today when I called to return the stools cause im done hearing in 2 weeks, the chairs are not available anymore! More the reason to be able to return them!

I first bought a sofa from this company in September, they delivered in October, and the first thing i noticed was the cushions were all different sizes,and the sides were not attached to the sofa properly so i called the store that day and they sent someone out to look at it, at that point i was nervous about getting the same style so I paid the difference and choose another style, which was delivered in December. I went to see them in early April. they said that there is a 6 month warranty and they would send someone out that Wednesday, I waited all day and no one came, I called the store and they said that the manager would call me. Again no one called, I went to the store 4 more times and always the same thing, they will come. I finaly went today and I was told that I should meet the manager next Wednesday, I work so i asked for his number. I called the owner (Jas) and he said that there is only a 6 month warranty, i said that in that case it will finish in June and I asked what the issue was, he said that I changed the first one cause I did not like it, and now I want to change the second one, and that I will have to pay the delivery charges. I explained that I did not change it because I did not like it, It was defective and so is this one and I felt that I should not have to pay. I said that I will lodge a complaint with the BBB and he said that that would be the best thing to do..... So I am.... I have taken numerous pictures of the first sofa showing the defects and now I have done the same for the second. So my recommendation is to stay away from this company, go down the street to The Brick. I will be posting many more reviews on different sites, until this is rectified.
