Gage is awesome and went above and beyond to support me when my sewer backed up. He diagnosed the problem, forwarded diagnostic evidence to the city to confirm it was an issue on the city-side, and then returned (free of charge) when the city did not follow-up properly to gather more evidence/run a longer line (going far beyond his job to make sure I had my issue addressed). He even followed-up a few days later to confirm the city had resolved my sewer back-up issue. I would recommend Duke Sewer Service (and Gage!) without hesitation!

Don’t want this review to be misleading. Duke replaced my sewer line in early march and their installation crew was 5 stars for sure, excellent service! However when they came for final clean up in May they showed up without any notice and drove on my lawn creating ruts. They put top soil and seed over ruts and left. Had they contacted me I could have put plywood down to avoid the ruts in my lawn. Could have been avoided with a call or message.

Duke's was very responsive and quickly got someone out to take care of the roots that were blocking my sewer line. Gage was awesome to deal with; he did excellent work and made sure all my questions were answered. I won't be calling anyone else.

If you need sewer work done, Duke’s is who you need. The friendliness, compassion, level of knowledge and professionalism is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every single person I dealt with was outstanding. Not only were they able to resolve the problem with our sewer, but took the time to explain everything in an easy way I could understand. They will not rip you off and are honest people. While they were loading up their vehicle, I was already texted the footage that was taken only a few minutes prior. How incredible is that! Bonus points for loving up my dog. Thanks again guys, you’ve just gained a lifelong customer.

I highly recommend this company. I had services today and was so pleased - they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and so reasonably priced. Gage came out today and he promptly got heart of the issue and completed the work. He was so polite and explained everything really well. It was quick and painless. I am so grateful to Dukes for their great work and staff:).
