Very pleased with our Beachcomber 580 installed by Beachcomber Hot Tubs in Kingston Ontario. The store reps and installers were very helpful in helping us select the appropriate model for our needs. After sales service is fantastic including speedy analysis of tub water samples without charge. I called the 800 number to discuss mounting base options and they were most helpful. I look forward to dealing with this company for the life of the product.

Have had my hottub for almost ten years now, and Brad & Kathy do not let the customer service end at the delivery. They are always there for questions, or concerns, and have done so in a very professional manner.

We bought a Beachcomber Hot Tub in 2005 from Kathy and Brad Thompson at Beachcomber Kingston. At the time they did not own the franchise but that did not matter. They gave us then and continue to give us now the best service and support of ANY purchase we have ever made. As you know hot tubs are not inexpensive and we have had a few problems. That happens with anything but what does not always happen is great support and follow up. We are never left waiting for a repair if the problem would prevent us from using the hot tub. We buy all of our product from Beachcomber, Kingston because we trust the quality of the product, the advice given and we want the franchise to stay in business.
Great product and fantastic people selling it.
