We were in town from Ottawa hosting an event at one of the local hotels. When the equipment we reserved from another company failed to show-up, we went into scramble mode. Luckily we found Promax on the web and spoke with Matt at thier office. He had us covered, and all the equipment we needed arrived and was setup in the hotel within the next hour. What service! Thanks Promax!
