I have over the years had different plumbing firms come to the house. By chance I tried Mr. Rooter a year ago. What a pleasant surprise.,,,HONEST...EFFICIENT....TRUSTWORTHY, TIMELY... KNOWLEDGEABLE... INFORMATIVE...AS WELL AS POLITE AND TIDY.
I HAVE FOUND MY DREAM TEAM. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM UP....BUT I AM WILLING TO SHARE..
I have just had 3 days of major work....and I couldn't be happier at the work and the price...TRY THEM...YOU'LL LOVE THEM AS WELL

I've used John Dima's services 3 times now and will continue to do so. He's efficient, polite, and his rates are fair. And he wears shoe covers so not to markup your home!

Always excellent service at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I own 2 properties and have been dealing with Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Mr. John Dima, one of their excellent plumber is fast, efficient and also very polite. His estimate was accurate and fair priced. I personally recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Brian (Pellett)was great. He was punctual, very professional and most importantly, evidently an expert plumber. He also exuded credibility and trustworthiness. I requested for the office to send a technician to do an estimate first, but after meeting Brian, I knew he would do the job right the first time. I was right.

George Shakh, Service Technician, came at appointed time & was very helpful and efficient. He was able to troubleshoot the "plumbing problems" & advise me. He left me feeling well served and I would certainly call again.
