Two months ago we called Vancouver Computer Services in a rush to fix some computer problems in our Downtown office that resulted from an overnight power outage. We spoke to Mike about the problems and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating in scheduling a next day appointment. We were in a huge bind because we could not operate properly without a reliable internet connection. And calling Shaw was our last resort considering the poor services that they have provided to us in the past.

The next day Mike showed up on time and within an hour or so had the problem resolved. There was a problem with our wireless router which lost the bridge connection to the Shaw modem after the power outage. Mike was quick to identify the problem and come up with the fix. He also ran diagnostics and clean ups of all of our computers, and made suggestions on how to improve several of the computers that were running slow.

We called Vancouver computer services a second time two weeks later to install and configure our brand new professional printer, and to install more RAM on the computers that were running slow. Again, the tech completed the tasks quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost.

We would highly recommend Vancouver computer repairs for your office needs and would not hesitate to call them again for future services.

I work in a reputable law practice in downtown vancouver and we have been using this company IT services for the last 3 years. They take care of all our computers and our main server. And specially our information management software, Amicus Attorney, for which we had a hard time finding a reliable technical support people until we hired vcrs. I will recommend their services for any serious business looking for a reliable IT services provider. Cristy B.

We moved to a new office in downtown . So our entire network had to be redesigned, They did the job including the cabling of the entire space, the network setup and the test drive. So far, after 3 weeks of use we did not face any problem, if we do we are covered by there preventive maintenance plan. Very professional.
