I went to your office without any appointment but your staff welcomed me. I was so worried, upset and stressed due to the accident that happened last May 24, 2012 (my first accident).
Your staff, Violeta Ayala knew that I was so worried, upset and stressed but she made me calm down and she made me feel at ease making me feel that I'm one of her family. She did action right away and she told me "don't worry I'll take care of you".
I came to your office with a heavy heart but I left from your office with a light heart because of Violeta. She answered my concerns.
Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the assistance that I received from Violeta.
