Don't waste your time with this "company"

Here's what I wrote to them:

I'm sure you won't post this on your site, but seeing you don't answer your phone I wanted to reach out. It is unexceptable and entirely unprofessional not show up for a scheduled appointment. I called to confirm the date/time the day after we first spoke. Then you called me the day before our scheduled appointment to ask if you could come a day early instead. That happened to be my moving day, so I told you no, I need to keep my original appointment date. I was then asked if you could come at 9:30 instead of 10 am. It meant I had to change an previous commitment for that day, but I agreed to it regardless. So imagine my surprise when not only did nobody show at 9:30, but not at all. I called the same phone number we spoke on the other calls 4 times, but surprise, no answer! I left a voicemail....called again, this time voicemail came on right away....another call, and again. No response, no follow up call...nothing. You left me speechless, ruined my other appointments for the day and not to mention it's the 31st of the month and nearly impossible to find another cleaning service for a move-out clean.
Needless to say I will be letting everyone I know about your business tactics. I work in hospitality and recommend services like yours (or lack of in your case) to customers on a daily basis. I'll be sure to let them know who not to call. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but you can bet I will take the time to repost this on as many sites as I can find.
