This this is a piece of junk.doesnt work at all was at store 4 times trying different air pumps.super pissed right off nobody had a clue about how to get it to work.do not buy this gatbage.wsste of an entire day and 150 bucks in pump znd waterfall.not worth the headach.i cant believe they are still sellinv this piecd of shit to paying customers.unbelievable.just dont.bother and they need to discontinue this product.

The fish room supervisor was very rude when was asked for a question. Not helpfull at all and he raised his voice at me.
Do not know his name but he is a sorter gentleman with blond hair.
He must revises his attitude towards the clients !!!
Everyone else is awesome !!!

We've been bringing our dog Murphy to get groomed here since he was a puppy, and I just wanted to say, I have always been happy with the way Murphy looks when he is done. The ladies are so nice and the service is fantastic. I also, wanted to say the service inside the store is just as great. They are always helpful and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend Big Al's for all your pet needs. :)

Connor was tons and tons of help! He answered all my questions and was so friendly and helpful as I became a new reptile owner. He definitely knows his stuff and made my trip to big als a great one!

I just moved into the area and needed a new marine tank set up in time for the move of my old tank's livestock to the new one. Big Al's (thanks to Mike Majer the Drygood Manager!) helped to build the new system and deliver and set it up in the narrow time slot I had before moving my house (and tank!) to my new home. When I came in weeks later to stock up on other supplies, Mike and the staff remembered me, and assisted me in getting the right additional equipment to fit the set up they'd help put up for me.
Thanks to MIke and the staff for taking the stress out of a very stressful moving experience, not only with the sale of a new set up, but post-sale follow-up.

Jason, in the fish room really rocks! He took the time to explain to me how the nitrate and ammonium cycles work with setting up a new tank. He took his time to carefully explain things involved in setting up a new tank and help guide me to purchase fish. Thanks Jason!

I got my fish tank as a Christmas gift! I have it all set up and working with 14 fish! I go there every week to get my water tested! All the workers there are great but there is one Person who just is over the top great in my opinion. If you don't go there your crazy!

This is the only store in Hamilton I will go to get any pet. the staff are knowledgeable, the aquariums are cleaned and well taken care of. all other animals are healthy. the prices are excellent and they even carry their own line of aquarium products that saves you money. they will also sometimes help you out over the phone if you are having issues with your aquariums.
all in all this store is great, the best pet store in town.
