We wanted to buy local, but we also wanted to buy from a dealer that will stand behind their products and customers. Sarah took the time to answer our questions and make sure we sit in the models we were considering. At delivery, Ryan made sure to walk us through water care, maintenance, etc. Since our purchase, we call on them twice for help and they were very quick to respond and that's why we chose them over a big box store. One issue was an airlock in pump #2 that not only they came to resolve the next day, but showed me how to do it myself if it ever happens again. Not only I know I bought the right brand, but I also bought from the right place.

We recently purchased a spa from Hot Water Pools and Spas and are very pleased we purchased through them. We chose Hot Water Pools and Spas as they were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They are very customer service oriented and that is one of the main factors that brought us back to them for our purchase. We use our spa regularly and have not regretted for one minute purchasing it through Hot Water Pools and Spas.

The service from consideration of a tub to the final installation and the support after the fact is fantastic; something that needs good consideration when buying a hot tub as I have yet to hear of a single one that has no problems after operating for an extended period of time. Highly recomended to friends and family!

Ryan and Sarah have been awesome to deal with. Very friendly and qualified in their advice. We have had our tub almost one year and use it almost every day. There were some warranty issues with lights and this was taken care without any problems. They care about their customers and it shows. Would recommend them to everyone.

We recently purchased a spa from Hot Water Pools and Spas and are very pleased we purchased through them. We had taken our time to look around at various companies and we chose Hot Water Pools and Spas as they were very knowledgable, courteous and helpful. They are very customer service oriented and that is one of the main factors that brought us back to them for our purchase. We checked out many stores in the Calgary area and also did an internet search for info... we were more confused then ever. Hot water pool and Spas had an ad in our local paper and we thought we would check them out. UMMM only ten min from my house is a bonus. When we stopped for info we were pleasantly surprised to have Sarah and her friendly staff take the time to show us everything.. When our tub came in Ryan delivered it and set it up, and gave us a an easy briefing on how it works. I take my water in to get tested and they are waiting with smiles on there face. We love our tub and it is so nice to have such friendly support from Sarah and her staff... I also like that fact that its a local business that we bought from. I recommend to anyone looking for a spa to check Hot Water Pools and Spa, they wont be disappointed.

This is a small family owned store, but these guys know hot tubs and water care. They care about us every step of the sales process and beyond the sale ending. The fact they sell a quality hot tub from Coast Spas Langley BC is just a bonus we think. Thank you for everything!!!
