I have used Storage Mart twice in the last four years to store a family member's belongings. It is easy to access and is convenient. I do think the cost of renting it tends to increase a little too rapidly for my taste but as long as I use it for short term storage, it is okay. I think most storage places have that cost issue.

This was such an easy and pleasant facility to use! The staff are the best part though, they were very helpful and went way above and beyond for me! Easy online signup, I was putting my stuff inside same day. Five stars all the way!

My partner and I came in 12 minutes before they were too close, and the cheerful and very helpful. Alicia earlier had another customer return some boxes which she very kindly offered to us and we bought what we needed. It was seamless and very quick and we both left with a big smile after a very stressful week so thank you to Alicia !!!!!

Absolute trash business. Do not recommend. Sale price was for second floor storage, was not notified. Had to read their map drawn by dyslexic person to find my unit. Second floor protected by separate keypad password never given to me. I suspect they do this to rip people off for early cancellation fees after being billed for never having access to my unit. Tried contacting management several times thru email and phone. Strong avoid here folks.

the storage facilities are horrible. I rented one and I ended up getting mice in mine and I didn't even have food in my storage unit. they came over from another person's storage unit because they had food in theirs because there's a big gap on the top of the storage unit. so anything can just crawl right through onto your side which is gross. when I told them about it she didn't even know what to say to me on how they're going to deal with that she wrote a note in my file and not a single person has emailed me or talked to me about any of it which is not cool The other storage unit has a mice control thing that they do and they spray it. I just don't understand why this one here does not do that as well but one the other ones do it. it just so stupid. I put like major thumbs down to this one. I just like they're horrible and the mice is just like it's gross. there's hardly any cameras around the gate is taken off. there's no gate holding people back from going into our storage units or anything. it's crazy right now. they say that they have security going in there but I was there for a few hours and not a single security guard came there. they didn't even tell me when the gate was broken and held up. they didn't even say anything about it. so if you have your stuff in there just so you know their gate is broken and it's wide open for anybody to go there

I cannot say enough about the incredible service we received at StorageMart on Fort Road in Edmonton. Alisha was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to walk us through the different sizes of storage units, even showing us each one so we could make the best choice for our needs.

She was extremely helpful in finding us the best deal and even offered us the flexibility to change to a smaller unit later if needed to make things more financially manageable. What truly stood out was her patience and compassion. My dad recently had a stroke and requires more time to process information. Alisha took the time to explain everything in detail so he could fully understand, and that meant the world to us.

Everything about our experience was perfect and exceeded expectations. The customer service we received from Alisha was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident in our decision.

I highly recommend StorageMart on Fort Road, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Alisha. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are very grateful. Thank you, Alisha!

Front desk staff are wonderful.
Users beware: should you not set out your own mouse traps and check them every few days, you will find mouse feces all over your furniture, bedding, etc.
Upon entering the storage facility, the unit showed NO signs of mouse activity.
However, three weeks later, everything was infested.
And, if there is any doubt if the mice were brought in: no, staff knew about this problem for weeks, as indicated by the front desk staff
Advice, if any, if you must use this facility, don't be attached to your belongings, or be prepared to replace furniture, covers, bedding, on your own.

The one star is for the front staff: the facility does not get any. Hopefully the front desk and facility management can work together to help safeguard their site from mouse infestation.

Use at your own risk!

Had a unit at this place, noticed the steady flow of street people staying in the units, I am missing stuff from my belongings that were in my unit. Look up onto the netting, if you notice anything amiss, then you know that the ppl staying here have free reign at night. I have property that has been stolen. Also the gate has been broken for awhile, so this is not a secure place to store your belongings. The lady at front desk was great though.

I bought a unit from them at an auction. We took a credit card deposit, although we had to pay in cash. After I finished the work, they said that they could not return the deposit due to problems with the payment system. The deposit has not been refunded yet!
