I paid for 7 to 9 day delivery for a car to be transported from Toronto to Calgary. It arrived on day 15 and now it won't be released because the driver of the delivery truck has not been paid by J&J. RYAN has not returned my calls and nobody wants to give me a managers name.

I shipped my car with J&J Moving and Auto Transport September 2012 from Brampton to Saskatoon. They strapped my 2011 Mazda 3 GT to the truck bed though my 17 inch wheels - The straps rubbed and scratched my rims down to the aluminum causing $900.00 of damaged. The company did not care and I had to fight with them for two months to file a claim. They ended up paying for the damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Hopefully they will go out of business.

J & J moving company transported our Xterra from Calgary to Ottawa this spring. I was told our truck sat in Brampton for a number of days due to the long weekend. I was promised delivery to our apartment in Ottawa. Instead it was abandoned in an "Elite BMW" parking lot just off Highway 417. No attempt to call us was made- no record of a call, no message on voice mail. A call was made to "search" for our Xterra in this BMW parking lot. Due to the poor service we were told a month ago that we would be reimbursed some money. This has not happened. I do not recommend using this company.

Not only do they move furniture but they move cars too..
I had my Bently Coupe transported to Vancouver along
with my 3 bedroom home and they did an amazing job..
My vehicle was strapped down nice and securly, my furniture was bubble wrapped and shrink wrapped... They strongly believe in makin a customer happy.. When you call them ask
for Ryan, Chris or John...
