Had a horrible experience last year at a near by facility. This time around was great! So happy we choose Kidnetix for our daughters 5th birthday. The whole experience was great, the facility was nice clean and appropriate for all ages. We were able to bring in our own food . I will most definetly be back next year

You will be ripped off! AC does NOT work! Playground was a SAUNA!! 35 degrees hot, stuffy & sticky!!! staff gave me a bogus story how the AC unit is in the smaller playroom. Spent next 3 hours apologizing to guests. They didnt give us 6 pitchers of drinks promised.
We had to wear socks after 3 hrs the soles of my white socks were BLACK!!! EWW!! when do they mop the floors!!! For $850+ tax all we got was 2 party size pizzas, unprofessional staff & one hot sweltering dirty floors sauna playground. I asked for discount, they said $50!! That's it!!!they charge 3% extra if using a credit card!!!!!
