Never order with Vitamart.ca if you don't want to get upset. and the same disappointment extinguishes me!!
**** I've placed my order since >>> • Order Placed: April 23, 2023 • Priority - Est. Delivery Apr 25, 2023 <<< Total: $434.35 <<< And my package was delivered to another location, confirmation from Canada Post, and also advised me to contact the store for reshipment. But the store didn't respond back. and still refuses to take responsibility for the problems that arise (After sales service from Vitamart.ca, it's a scam. The store won't open a dispute with Canada post and won't give me a refund. Until the 5th of September, the store still had no response. I lost $434.35 to a scam shop. and deliberately defrauding does not accept responsibility for problems that arise It is with regret that I choose to place an order with Vitamart.ca and I highly recommend not ordering with Vitamart.ca If you don't want to have a bad experience like me.

I was satisfied with the service until they started sending emails that were gender biased towards women at the expense of men. I emailed them about it and contacted the owner via facebook, but did not receive a reply. Then they sent be another email gender biased towards women at the expense of men. I cancelled my account with them. I had been with them for years. Will never order from them again.

You are the very best company that I have dealt with on line. You have so many high end products to choose from and your delivery service is mega fast. On the few occasions that I needed to talk to someone on the phone it was easy to get in touch with someone and they were always really friendly and helpful. Thank you for outstanding service. Honestly, I don't know how they do it. I placed an order on a Friday afternoon and within two hours it had shipped out. I picked the package up on Monday afternoon from the post office. Granted I'm near Calgary and they are in Edmonton, but still.....they can't be beat on any aspect - all areas of customer service or price. Now if only they offered EVERY health related product I wish to purchase, I would never have to go anywhere else!

I live in Toronto and I have placed about 5 orders with this company in the last six months. The prices are great, shipping (free over $49) is quite fast, and the service is excellent. I enjoy opening my packages and reading the personalized note on my invoice thanking me for placing a stellar order. Highly recommended site to buy workout supplies and health goods. Have found the orders to be well packed and delivered faster than most mail in my city - and I'm in Halifax! The staf is among the friendliest and most helpful I havr ever dealt with. Highly recommend it!

I was happy to find the protein powder that I use, online, at Vitamart.ca - and at such a great price. With their free shipping offer you can't go wrong! The pricing is great and the shipping is quick. BUT I am writing this review because I was blown away with their customer service. I purchased a product (for my daughter's skin issues) after seeing a flyer in one of their shipments to me. I did some online research and the product appeared to be exactly what was needed. My daughter tried the product for the recommended amount of time but with no results. When I contacted Vitamart.ca via their website and sited the product's satisfaction guarantee I was thanked for bringing the matter to their attention and immediately issued a full refund. I just had to provide them with some information from the product packaging. It was truly the best customer service I've received (online OR in person). I highly recommend this site for your health product needs! I will continue to shop here and refer this business to my friends. Thank you Vitamart!
