We have used CC for three very large cocktail parties at our home and I would definitely call them for number 4.
It is always a pleasure dealing with Jamie as he responds to emails promptly, gives detailed and realistic quotes and makes suggestions re how to cut the cost.
Jamie arrives about two hours before party time to set up his fabulous boat from which he serves fresh, succulent oysters and the biggest and most delicious shrimp I have ever tasted. He also brings lemons, sauces lots of ice and simple black cocktail napkins.
All my guests love Jamie as he is professional, engaging and so knowledgeable about the difference and taste in the various oysters.
Jamie is as efficient in the clean up as he is in all other components of catering. The whole experience with Coastline catering has always been stress free and positive. Why would I go anywhere else! My friends are already asking , " when are you having your next oyster and shrimp party?"

We have had Jamie catering our annual event for many years. I can't say enough about how great his oyster are! He also has the best smoked salmon in town! We have always received great feedback from our customers about Jamie, his staff and his food.

Not only is Jamie's product great, he also runs a professional company. He is always on time and on budget!
