Oana obtained her first Law degree in 2001 from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania, and her travels brought her to B.C., where she obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2011 from the University of Victoria. <p> Before moving to Victoria, Oana enjoyed several years of travelling to Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, while working as a casino dealer aboard cruise ships. While studying at UVic, Oana volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada, working for the Legal Information Clinic and Silver Threads Project. <p> Away from the office, Oana enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and various sports such as tennis and golf."
