From their art museum like atmosphere at the newer location, to their incredibly 420 educated, warm, friendly, cute laid back staff, to the astonishing selection and prices that left me baffled several times all the way to the array of organsmic cannabis like candy land experience just by being inside, let alone actually shopping... I was left a loyal customer forever and will be back soon to get some christmas gift cards for my buds and some new pieces shortly, but wow! They went way out of their ways to explain anything and everything, no rush and no pressure which is really cool. I left feeling awesome and excited to come back. I ordered an "Ash Catcher Spoon" from SSD. After about a week and they had still not shipped it I inquired whether it was back-ordered or some such. I did no receive a response though about a week later I received a different spoon in the mail. At least they sent me something but it was not what I wanted and they did not ask whether this would be acceptable or if I would prefer a refund. This frankly was lousy service and i would not order again.

They are so honest and informative I was amazed.
They were attentive and helpful,yet not pushy.
Some of the best prices I have seen in Toronto.
This place has earned my loyalty since my first purchase online years back all the way to my first Volcano Vape... and to their present day location with a heck of a lot more stuff than on the site.
I can custom order anytime and arrange delivery if I saw something. :)
