Epic fail interms of product delivery and customer service. We purchased a Vermont Castings BBQ on May 22 2014. Several critical parts were missing. 3 months later Goemans is still chasing parts and trying to interpret a simple itemized of list of missing parts. Even Customer Service is confused and can not cross reference a 6 point list. We received a phone call that parts had finally arrived at the Kitchener store. Yet when I went to get them the parts were not at the Kitchener store. Also the store manager has not responded to calls. Buyer beware or go else where.
