I contacted two unimpressive agencies from across the continent, from the US, and thankfully found VIP!! Remi:1- promptly returned my call as he stated, 2- reviewed my information and responded timely with a clear outline of plan and cost. I never felt 5000 miles away because he took the time and consideration to keep me informed and answer my questions. I have never used an agency before but if I would need future services, my wish would be to have VIP available in the US!! I am beyond appreciative of his service and commitment...Merci beaucoups Remi!!
