I was not involved in the whole transaction, just in the delivery - flowers were ordered by friends from out of town.
We received a phone call at 15:45 that there will be flowers arriving - will be delivered before 17:00. Just after 17:00, no flowers so we called the store. We were advised that the flowers had just left and our house was the first stop - google maps 7 minutes trip time and Coverdale road traffic moving. - arrived 1 hr 15 min later 18:17 - asked that they call me back. Never did. We were late for a resturant reservation and joined our friends for desert because of this incident.
Poor rating because in the two instances we had dealings with the store, the staff lied to us. I want to deal with businesses that I can trust.
