I will not shop with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. The owner does not deal with issues that arise in a way that I would consider good practice. Choose any other low carb grocer versus this company. I would have loved to have recommended them but I am so disappointed in their service it has to be put out there so buyers beware.

DO NOT buy from here. I ordered a product from their online website.They sent me the wrong product, but were able to re-call it before it was sent to me. Yet, they refuse to re-reimburse me for it. Lost $110.00 and did not get a thing.

I have been shopping with them for over 3 years and just love all the low carb products they carry and the price is very reasonable. What I love most about them is how quick they are fixing mistakes without playing the blame game. I wish all retailers have customer service like that. I have sent all my friends and family to them. Keep up the great work Low Carb Canada.
