I couldn't find what I wanted in Toronto where I live so I drove out to Georgetown to look at a Sorento that looked good online. Marcus was professional and not pushy at all in his emails and provided the carfax. The dealership is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. The convenience of country roads nearby for test driving is really helpful as well. I'm very happy with my purchase and plan to visit them to say hello and pick up a few items I left in my trade-in by mistake. Marcus is keeping them at his desk until I come to pick them up. He's a good guy :)

My 2014 Kia Soul was totaled (long story). Insurance called Georgetown Kia for a copy of my bill of sale - they immediately called me to make sure that I was okay. When they heard that I had loved my car and wanted another one they worked hard to get me into one that made me happy. There were some glitches with the paperwork, but I always felt that my time was valuable and that they cared about me - even listening to the long story. Thanks Kevin, Rob, Adam, Meghan, and Patrick (and several others for whom I didn't get names - felt like the whole place was working for me). I love my new Soul.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I purchased a Soul for my wife (who loves the car) and a Sportage for myself. I have been to several Kia dealers in the Peel area and found the customer service to be sub standard and the sales staff to be pushy and condecending. I've had nothing but a good experience and would recommend this dealer to anyone. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
