I was in Canada, so I decided to take a tour through a bunch of Immigration offices.
When I went to ICC I was impressed by the knowledge and kindness, and immediately I asked to be assisted for the PR application.
Meanwhile I went back home to Europe.
The assistance I got during the application was a Five Stars rank, every time when I was sending an email with questions I was getting a clear answer, and very quickly.
In 2012 myself and my family achieved the Permanent Resident Status.
Since then I have travelled a lot in Canada, thus my application for Citizenship was pretty complicated. Even in this case ICC assisted me in a very professionally way, and everything went through very smoothly.
A couple of weeks ago I became Canadian Citizen.
For every person who wants to move to Canada I recommend this office, because it is not an easy process at all. Without a skilled person behind you who takes care for the paperwork, who assist you, and provides guideline, I would say it is almost impossible to move in the bureaucracy labyrinth and get your goal.
Five years ago I chose ICC, and I couldn’t had taken a better decision.

Like so many other people we were convinced we could handle our PR sponsorship application ourselves. Also, the CIC website has a help center and a hotline for your questions and so we thought we would not need an immigration lawyer. But at some point the application forms got very confusing and the answers we got from the CIC hotline were not helpful. So we decided to get professional assistance and hired the Immigration Counsels of Canada (ICC) which we found online. We are very pleased with the reliable service they provided and we always received honest advice. They explained the entire application process to us, answered all our questions very patiently and handled our application in a very professional and courteous manner. They are up-to-date concerning rules and regulations and saved us a lot of time and nerves for a reasonable price. We strongly recommend the services of the ICC. We are very happy we have found them and would hire them again.

we decided to use immigration councels of Canada to help us with my husbands application for permanent residency. It was the best choice we made. We were walked through the process and followed the clear steps provided and given expert advice. After we sent the complete package it took us 6 months till he was approved and living in Canada ! If you are feeling overwhelmed or confused or just would like to get a professional to make sure everything is complete, I strongly suggest to use these services. I hired Immigration Counsels of Canada (ICC) in Abbotsford to help us with my family sponsored Canadian immigration application after finding ICC online. The whole immigration process was clearly explained at the initial free, no obligation, consultation meeting. ICC's charge for the service was very reasonable and included the immigration application fees. ICC took care of completing the appropriate application forms using the information that my wife and I provided. We visited the ICC office in Abbotsford on a couple of occasions but most of our communication was done through email as I was out of the country at the time and ICC replied to our questions usually within 1 day, even on the weekend! After providing the required information (that is very involved) all we had to do was check and sign the application forms. I received my immigration landing papers with 1 year of the initial consultation. I thoroughly recommend ICC for their professionalism and excellent service. - Allan Carruth
