I brought my car there specifically to have rust in my sunroof repaired. They returned the car looking great but a year went by and the rust came back so all they did was a bandaid fix. When I went back to talk to them about it they basically said "too bad"... The only reason I brought the car there was to get rid of the rust in the sunroof and the just sanded and painted it so that was $2500 wasted. Ontop of that they didn't have anyone who could repair the pinstripes after they did their paint work so I had to track someone down myself and have them do it which cost me another $600 to have done. So $3100 down the drain and I'm back where I started.

I'm still trying to settle this matter. The shop owner agreed that he was in the wrong and would do do the work again come spring time. I said I would need to consider the offer. I've been trying to contact the owner now and he doesn't return my calls.
