I would give zero stars if I could. I went in to buy accessories for a CPAP machine I had purchased before going in. The consultation was a sales pitch and complete joke. She was so set on selling me a $2k machine and upselling me on the most expensive mask.
She didn't ask any questions to assess my needs and was unprofessional. She either lied and told me my machine wasn't compliant with my doctor's referral or was so lacking in knowledge of their product that she couldn't identify it was the right one.
I was then encouraged to use the receptionist computer to start an insurance pre-approval claim as they wanted me to pay now and would only let me buy my accessories if I purchased their machine.
The receptionist was unprofessional and inappropriate and tried to talk me into the sale as well by providing me money management skills as I told them I did not feel comfortable spending $2k on the spot when I had a machine and wanted to do my own research first.
My doctor confirmed my machine was correct and I used a https://cpapmachinescanada.ca/ to buy everything I needed at a fraction of the price.

Save your money, don't go there.
