It was my mistake not to dig out about this Bugman. After they got the contractual amount in advance on their 1st visit, they didn't show up again despite of my several calls and emails.

Bugman is a waist of time... did not show up to the appointment multiple times.. have been waiting for them for two months already...
Lowest rating possible...
Do not deal with them if you need to get thing done.

These people provide horrible service, not returning calls, not coming when they said they will, and misleading you in what you are paying for. My mice problem was never really solved by them, even when I paid for the flat rate fee (which was so expensive!!! I should have gone with the per-visit fee, but he made it sound like I would pay more in the long run, which was totally untrue). They never showed up to fix the problem after many many phone calls and emails.
