Kaiser just finished up at my house. They were great! We are nearing the end of a massive renovation, and of all the companies we have dealt with throughout this renovation, Kaiser would receive the highest compliments. The staff showed up at the time they promised (I can not say the same for the rest of the contractors). We are pleased with the excellent job they did, we have already noticed a difference in the comfort in our home because of the wind drafts. If I would have hired Kaiser a long time ago I would have saved so much money in energy consumption due to a good sealant can make such a big difference in a home. Quality, timing and the absolute best price. Everything was as they said. My wife really liked the extra effort they put in place to keep the landscape clean.

I just had all the caulking replaced at my 45-year old house done by Kaiser. I had other contractors to evaluate the issue but the service from Kaiser impressed me so much from the very beginning that I decided to hire their services. They gave some interesting advices and showed me exactly what I would be getting. The team who came to do the work were very professional, clean, skilled and very knowledgeable. I used this company to do all of the outside caulking on my new semi-detached home in Westboro, Ottawa. The price was better than the competition and the service was both professional and timely. Due to a problem with the brick molding on the front door, they could not complete the job in the first instance. To accommodate me, they came back at a later date without complaint to finish things off.

Professionals on site were also easy to deal with and receptive to my specific needs, caulking job was very good. I would highly recommend this company.

From their first visit to job completion, these guys were prompt, honest, friendly and totally professional. I solicited three quotes to replace all the exterior caulking at my house, and after talking to representatives from all three companies, it was clear to me that Kaiser caulking was the most professional of them and specialized. I was researching companies that provide a service that not only caulk around doors and windows but also those that will caulk around the entire house where the verticle stone walls meet the soffits. Since stone is an uneven material, there were many small openings where the two meet, allowing for small birds or flying insects to enter the attic of the house.
Kaiser provided a timely estimate outlining exactly what they were going to do and the materials to be used. This was to be done on any day of my choice. The gentleman arrived first thing that morning and worked tirelessly all day doing excellent work. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, materials used and the professionalism of all the staff I dealt with. All worked was completed as requested for what I thought to be a very reasonable price. I would recommend Kaiser to anyone who needs such a service. Bravo!

The team took the time to remove all the old caulking (around all the windows and doors, where bricks and sidings were meeting and roof flashing) and replace it all with new, while matching colours. I was in the process of looking for a contractor to remove the old caulking at my 1950's colonial property and heard from my neighbour about Kaiser. I am very selective when it comes to maintain my property and when I met Kaiser's team they passed all my selective questions and explain step by step the process and tools to be used. I checked all their answer with the Canadian standards for sealant and they were about right in everything.
Kaiser's team was professional and polite at all times and they did an excellent job to satisfy my request to preserve the original look of my windows and doors.
I was left with a very pleasant feeling of a job well done. I had other caulking contractors in the past to re-caulk this property and I definitely found the perfect one!

I called several companies to inquire about a leakage problem that I had with my windows. Kaiser was the only one that provided me a personalized service and sent me a professional at home the same day I called. I was stunned with their knowledge about caulking. Their honesty was the factor that convinced me to hire Kaiser, they could have told me to re-caulk the entire windows and doors but instead they gave me the solution that I needed to fit my budget. Their estimator was very helpful and negotiable on that as well. When their crew arrived demonstrated a very respectful and professional attitude.
